I had HP essential on another PC, it worked great. Since getting a new P C, I have tried to download the program without success. I seem to have part of the program, but it is unusable. I’ve tried to remove what’s there using control panel, but it is not listed there. There is an icon on the desktop that takes me to a bunch of gibberish .
Can you help me correct my problem, and perhaps reinstall the prior version. Thanks, C. Brown
