I have McAfee software but it was unable to stop VIRUSHEAT… I spoke with the McAfee help tech on line and he told me to down load sdat5243 to clear this problem.. I did and the program found nothing on my pc….. Question how to I get rid of this annoying icon that keeps popping up and telling me I have viruses?
